What is the relationship between man and nature?
The nature is a common good of humanity; it should therefore, for moral and rational reasons, be respected by all, because it has a unique heritage value. The nature builds natural capital who conditions human life on earth.
Making the most of what nature offers us also means relearning how to feed ourselves properly: eating well, by consuming local foods and without chemical substances, allows us to connect with our natural environment.
Nature experiences lead to reduced stress… and behavioral changes that improve mood and overall well-being.
Over 100 studies have shown that being in nature, living close to nature, or even looking at nature in paintings and videos can have positive effects on our brains, bodies, feelings, thought processes and our social interactions.
Why does nature do us good? To this question, the hypothesis of “biophilia” is put forward, postulating that human beings have an innate tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life.
